Experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years in traditional ML and Generative AI.

Leading the Data Science team at Quickplay, focusing on innovations in multimodal search, recommendation systems, and scalable AI solutions.

I was a Masters student at the University of Waterloo pursuing Masters with specialization in AI & ML.

During my Masters, I interned as Machine Learning Intern at Quickplay as well as Machine Learning Associate at Vector Institute.

I was a Software Development Engineer, ML at Xperi Corporation (Rovi AS&R team).

After that, I worked as a Software Engineer, ML at TiVo and Xperi, where I created consumer-facing software in sectors such as media/entertainment, set-top boxes, search and recommendation.

I and my team delivered end-to-end systems to our customers, ranging from search, recommendation, data production and enrichment to multiple customers.

Aside from work, I love amateur astronomy, travelling, hiking, and going on safaris.
